* Add pot drawers rather than cupboards under appliance cupboard
* Water tank underground
* Sound proof the media room
* Shower in the powder room downstairs for guests
* Fans in bedrooms (can easily add these though)
* Stacker door guides flush with tiling
* Deepen the garage for easier thoroughfare
* Put in that laundry chute that was initially a deal-breaker! (I just throw the contents of the hamper over the upstairs balcony)
* Make the alfresco even bigger than it is.
* Downlight colour warmer than the cool white glow we have. (changed already)
* Wrap the internal pipes to reduce noise whilst sitting downstairs.
* Upgrade to 40mm plus on stone on kitchen.
* Make the rumpus room slightly larger. Not easy to play table tennis in there.
* Integrate the drains with tiling in the wet area.
* Put an overhead void in for interest & extend the upper level back.

Hi Mukesh, No the bricks were not an upgrade for my package (Prestige). We did upgrade to the offwhite mortar for a nominal amount.
