As we are getting our home ready for sale, I thought it would be a good time to take photos to store for our memories. It has been a great home to raise our 3 gorgeous children in - so quiet & bushy, across the road from the fantastic local school, no through traffic, great neighbours. Enjoy the photo tour!

I had a call from Troy yesterday letting me know that he would be on site most of the day and that the electricians would be there today and tomorrow. I told him that I would arrange to get AJ from Re-do My Space out there and I would inform him of the time. 8am was the elected time. We waited until 8:30am and I contacted Troy - no electricians, no Troy but I got permission to enter the site.

Found these in the BIG cleanup. Our house is a Dainton Gough special from the 1970's. Many special handyman projects have been completed on it by the previous owner who thought he knew what he was doing ;-)

Building variation

Last week I was sent a Building Variation to the contract by my CSO following my aircon site meeting with Troy. I returned the variation to be amended as it did not include the lowered ceiling solution for the ground floor. When it was emailed back to me, the height of the ceiling was recorded at 2300mm rather than the 2400-2450mm discussed on site. Not happy with that, Rania suggested I call Troy to clarify. Troy said that he would ensure the best possible scenario for me regardless of what was on the piece of paper.
By the way, when I asked him about yesterdays 'no show' he said he only found out in the afternoon that the electricians hadn't been there. It doesn't explain why he wasn't there or why he didn't respond to my messages.
On site, there was a fair bit of action but I just don't know what!! Up to 4 utes there and working until at least 3:30pm. From the fence line, everything looked the same!
